Every time I try to create a utopian xenophile federation. I'm not like I was a decade ago, you don't HAVE to be fanatic egalitarian to join anymore, but I do expect you not to be authoritarian or xenophobic. But every time, my allies, even the ones who ARE fanatic egalitarian xenophile, will do this to me. I've even seen them vassalize fanatic xenophobes and then invite them in. Can't wait till they finally give us ethical federations.
