Missing word in "Love's Labor's Lost" event [v4.0.21] [bb43]

The "Love's Labor's Lost" event description (federations2.1.desc) has a sentence that reads:
"It appears that the broadcasting device - a simple satellite dish protected by a small shelter - is the only non-natural structure on [From.GetPlanetMoon]."
It should read "...is the only non-natural structure on the [From.GetPlanetMoon].
Note: The attached save and screenshots are from version 3.7. However files from 4.021 indicate that the issue is still present.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load the attached save.
