Did Paradox just remove the ability to modify Empire Size floors? I remember they took away negative empire size, so I made a mod to bring it back. THEN they removed the ability to go negative at all, instead capping it at 0, which I'm also fine with, but now I cant even mod it to 0 again, completely depreciating my empire size mod. Why would Paradox add a define for it if we aren't allowed to change it? Legitimately, what's the point of giving modders access and SPECIFICALLY calling out the Empire_Size_Floor define, if we aren't allowed to modify it???

EMPIRE_SIZE_FLOOR is still in common/defines/00_defines.txt. What is the problem, exactly?

Empire floor refers to Empire size, right? Are you sure your empire's system, planet, districts, and pops don't total 50?
