Multiple bugs in Payback and its related achievement

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In first try they got vassalized and after I ran Payback CB and wiped them out (while being at war with overlord), no achievement.
In second try (attached save and screenshot) I tried to minimize variables and started on smallest, easiest map (so dumbassed won't get vassalized again), conquered and now apparenly MY OWN EMPIRE stole the glory and it is asking ME to declare war on MYSELF to pay for ME taking revenge from ME
Steps to reproduce the issue.
I guess have someone actually try to play the game and get the achievement ? Considering it sits at 0% on Steam....
