Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The basic defense platform cannot be altered, stating the name is in use. Even if you delete the platform you cannot create a new template with the same name, still claiming it to be in use.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a new game. Go to ship designer.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Start the game.
2. Start a New Game using the necroid ships.
3. Go to ship designer.
4. Change the default defense platform.
5. See that you can't save the new design.
