Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After finishing the Inetian chain, I spent minor artifacts to get their Secret research project. And then, the project deleted itself without any fanfare. I can't even 'buy' it again.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Finish the Inetians. Buy the Secrets project. Watch it vanish into thin air.
(Sadly I lost my save)
