Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Slave pops are not allowed to use the Dystopian Autocracy economy despite being the only option. As a result, slaves consume more consumer goods than in a regular authoritarian empire. Other odd behavior was observed with slave pops refusing to take jobs (clerks/miners) though this was an inconsistent issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Launch a Game with oppressive autocracy & necrophage or syncretic evolution. View secondary species economic options, hover over dystopian society, and observe error message.
Take note of consumed pop consumer goods at the top of the screen.

Launch a second game without oppressive autocracy and compare consumed pop consumer goods to the first game.
