Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
MI pops being purged, instead of being purged 2 a month are taking 5-6 EACH to purge, as when the progress reaches 100, it goes into -1000 instead of purging two at once. Save attached because I have no clue how this even happened

Steps to reproduce the issue.
>Purge MIs, I guess
>Wait a month?
