Repairing a Shattered Ringworld removes the unique deposits created by the Machine Transformation situation

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you start with the shattered ringworld origin, pick the synthetic age and complete the situation that grants you nanite/living metal/dark matter deposits on your capital, but then repair your capital once you research megaengineering, those unique ascension perk gated deposits vanish. This is likely to occur for other capital transformations (like the decision to make an ecumenopolis or a machine world), but I have not checked these.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start with the Shattered Ring origin and a Machine species
2. Take the Synthetic Age Ascension perk and complete the transformation situation, get unique deposits
3. Repair your shattered ring capital
4. Lament the loss of unique deposits.
