Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have a planet with both citizens and slaves. The citizens take the worker jobs my slaves should be doing. This causes the slaves to live cushy lives as civilians. Please fix, unplayable.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have slaves and citizens living on the same planet.

I have noticed this as well, might be because civilians are counted as a lower strata.
This also happens when slaves are using Indentured Servitude, then the game will regularly prefer to give specialist jobs to slaves instead of your main species.
I think this is a bug that should be fixed, especially for nercrophage, you want you slaves to fill civilians and workers, and optimize the species traits for breeding.

Slaves should be kept to workers or their own special and separate "civilian slave category".

If there are no slaves to fill worker jobs, then and only then should non slave civilians be used.
