Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Since 3.0.0 sol no longer spawns when I try to create a new game unless I'm playing as Sol or CoM

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a New Game

Having this same issue as well. Went through 40+ games, go observer, and no sol. Sol is supposed to be 50% chance to spawn if not a part of an empire, like CoM, and default Earth, and primitive planets are allowed. Size of galaxy also has no affect on whether it spawns or not, yet does not spawn at all.

I have that issue too. Started 8 campaigns on 3.0.x and no Sol for me.

Since there has been no feedback from support, I'll bump this. Same problem for me and it's kind of annoying because it prevents me from getting the Outside Context Achievement.
