I don't know if this was already reported, but at random times, random solar systems that I view turn what I would like to call "Seizure Green". They flash this annoying green in certain solar systems at random times. It had fixed itself before, as I thought this was a bug with my monitor since all I did was tab in and out of the game to fix it. However, it has happened again, so I wish to know if this is on my end, or if it's the game.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Play as any empire.
2. At random, it will happen when viewing a solar system.
