Description
Species Screen - Error sound plays in loop when trying to apply a model

Game Version
Herbert v3.2.2 (abcc) de8a2320f7

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Hello,

I have some genetic points to spend in the species screen. When i select a race and try to apply the model, a popup is shown to allow me to select the population on which the model will be applied. My problem is that when the popup opens, the "error beep" sound plays infinitly.
I have the problem only with some races.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
With my save :
Open the species menu
clic the "humanité" species (the one with 21 pop for example)
clic on apply model ("Appliquer le modèle"in french)
=> The popup opens with the sound that plays in loop

As per patch notes:
* Fixed it being possible to remove and add traits that shouldn't be possible to change, via species modification.

Working "as intended"
Note this impacts any event traits such as Brain slug, Alien Box, Self modified pops, as well as exotic environment preferences such as Gaia/Ringworld/Tomb world/Habitat
- I can see making some of it more restricted - like being able to remove a trait but not as it is currently which locks the trait.

Note: There the dev team is aware of a Sound Bug that occurs when you attempt to apply to a species that cannot accept a trait.
