Starbases have incorrect designation when you have no starbase shipyards

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Normally the game labels starbases with designations like "Bastion", etc based on their modules. However, if you remove all of the shipyard modules from all starbases, the game switches the labels of *all* starbases to "Shipyard". This behaviour continues even if you build (or have already built) a Mega Shipyard. It only reverts to proper labels if you build a shipyard module on a starbase.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Have starbases with labels 2. Have shipyard modules on at least one starbase. 3. Remove the shipyard modules from any/all starbases.
edit: This appears to be by design - the 00_starbase_types.txt file specifically checks if a starbase is a "Shipyard" or not by checking if it has any shipyard modules, OR if no starbase has a shipyard module. I assume this is to deal with some specific AI case, but it is annoying for a human player to deal with.
