Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As a necrophage origin hivemind I can no longer necrophage the species on my guaranteed habitable worlds, when attempting to set them to undesirables the game will not allow you to as they are now considered "uplifted" parts of the hive.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a new game with a hivemind necrophage, grab your guaranteed habitable that has the pre-ftl species, try to set them to undesirable, game stops you from doing so.
