Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After submitting to the Great Khan, and after 1 month approximately has passed by, the Great Khan's Ships located within the capital system and any other systems nearby become hostile.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Submit to the Great Khan, then wait for a month or more.

I just got the same problem in the beta. Submitting changed my border color in unions mapmode as it should and further dialog with the Khan continues as if I was a satrapy, but the Khan remains hostile, with the forces spawned in my capital immediately attacking the station and fleets there and the khan fleets at the border are destroying system stations.

Thanks for reporting but it is already known, it is in the open beta known issue list that was posted together with the release of the open beta.

I had also experienced this with pre 3.2 on modded awakened_marauders, so I've a workaround which works for 3.3 too, included at:
