Description
Stellaris [v3.14.1] [a394] Flagella on "pet" ships don't move

Game Version
Circinus v3.14.1

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
I have the Subscription

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I use the new "pet" ships the flagella do not move, although they can fire. This includes flagella on the Amoeba Mother as well as the "Super Flagella" added through controlled mutations. "Ancient driller beasts" added through controlled mutations do move and attack, so the problem seems exclusive to flagella.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Build a ship that uses flagella, attack an enemy fleet. You can see the flagella hover in place where they were launched from the ship and refuse to move. The first attached screenshot shows a zoomed out battle of driller strikecraft attacking while the flagella remain in the bottom right corner of the screen. The second screenshot is a closeup of flagella hovering in place while the ships continue moving towards the enemy (who are out of screenshot towards the top left).
