Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My ambassador was recalled to the homeworld for training. While there, they managed to steal a highly sensitive encryption key... From their own government. Which then then proudly turned in. To their own government. Somehow, all this gave me a +1 to codebreaking.

There should probably be a check in the "Finders Keepers" event to verify your envoy isn't stationed in your own empire for some reason.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have an envoy recalled for retraining, then trigger "Finders Keepers" event

Ha, I logged on here to report the exact same thing.

Unfortunately, it's not the only place that is using the wrong variables in the localization. I also apparently broke a non-aggression pact with myself lol

They need to do a thorough pass on all text to find and fix these errors.
