Description
Synaptic lathe constantly unassigning pops from jobs and not producing ressources

Game Version
Phoenix v4.0.6 (aa83)

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
I have the Subscription

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Hello!
In my game I built the Synaptic Lathe megastructure and decided to put a lot of my enslaved pops in there (15k+). Sadly the synaptic Lathe doesnt behave as it should, turning them into Computer Chips but assigns and unassigns them almost daily from their positions kind of breaking the thing. Its a bit hard to explain so I uploaded a youtube video where you can see the behavior.

From min 0:12 on watch the pop job assignment and ressource outputs of the synapatic lathe:

Expected Behavior:
- Assign the "computing component" job to all pops in the megastructure automatically
- Not change jobs of almost all pops monthly or daily seemingly at random nullifying the ressource output
- Group pops correctly and not in small batches (all have same genetic traits)

Current behavior:
- Regularily unassigns the "computing component" job that produces ressources from pops
- Does not assign the job to most of slave pops present
- Causes a lot of lag because of the constantly reocurring computations
- Groups pops in small batches which makes them harder to organize and handle

I have already tried:
- changing the social standing of the pops from slave to residents
- modiying the species so all pops have the exact same traits
- removing all pops from the lathe and putting them back in slowly

But none of this changes the seemingly buggy behavior and ressource outputs. Can you help me analyze this or maybe tell me what I was doing wrong in the game?

I attached the savegame below. Its singleplayer, no mods, latest patch, ironman hope this isnt a problem.

Thanks and Best Regards
Florian

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not sure how to reproducebut try this:

- Open the savegame
- Put any slave pop into the synaptic lathe megastrucure in the "Amlitzer" system
- Watch how the slave pops dont get the correct job assignment and dont produce science and neural chips for crisis advancement

found same interaction, or simmilar: 40k+ pops of slaves not doing anything while consuming resourses, as barbaric despoilers instead of putting stolen pops for research they overloaded my economy and since my build was based
