Terraforming Barren Planet - Text Bug after Terraform Restart (with edict)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I am terraforming a barren planet into a tropical world. For that I have activated the Terraforming Gases edict.
After activating it, I canceld the already started terraforming process, which the normal 5000+ days.
When I was restarting the terraforming process there seems to be a TEXT BUG (?), saying its still more then 5000 days, when looking in the terraform tab.
When looking on the planet modifiers, it seems there is the correct time with 3000+ days (see screeenshot, System Name "Sheratan").

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. start terraform process
2. stop terraform process
3. activate terraforming gases edict
4. start terraform process
