When the leader is assigned to the galactic community he appears in the list of leaders as if he was not assigned to any job. In addition, placing the leader in the GC does not give the diplomatic weight %, because it appears that he is not assigned to that job.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Assigning any officer to the GC.
