If you hover your cursor over the topbar and over the minerals icon. The description is out of date.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Hover over the topbar mineral icon and notice the description is out of date. While were at it it also says that empire sprawl incresses leader cost which isn't true anymore. A tone of descriptions need updating.
