Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I Created a mercenary enclave with a Federation-fleet. something doesn´t seem right.

Firstly, even though the fleet is no longer under my (but the mercenary-enclave´s) control, it is still marked as a federation fleet.
Second: even though the fleet is now a mercenary fleet, the fleet-size still counts towards the federation fleet-cap size.
The fleet it also still listed in the "federation-fleets" menu, even though it´s no longer under my or another federation-members control.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create a mercenary-enclave with a federation-fleet.

But have you made a Marauder Fleet into Mercenaries yet? It is quite funny to do so.
