Two Zroni Precurser Home Systems [Lem v3.1.1] [22a5]

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have been doing The Zroni Precursor Event Chain and everything was normal until I got to the stage where you discover the Zroni Homeworld.
That event which reveals the location of said system spawned two systems.
I did not immediately notice until I couldn't find the Archaeological Site - and checked my Situation Log.
One of the systems does not have the Archaeological Site.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have not attempted reproduction - I am on an Ironman save.
