Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I keep having a popup saying that there are species with unspent trait points in my empire. The popup specifies that this species is the Tarassi.
However, according to the species list, the Tarassi do not exist in my empire. In fact, they do not exist in the entire galaxy!
See attached screenshots. One shows the popup with the text indicating the species, the other screenshot shows the galaxy species list (alphabetically sorted) and shows that there is no such species in the galaxy at this point.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load the attached ironman.sav file. The popup should occur immediately.

Probably a presapient species. As long they are on a uncolonized planet they do not appear in the species list. However u still get the popup.
