Duplicate Stellaris - Uplifted Presapient Species can't be Modified

Description Uplifted Presapient Species can't be Modified Game Version 3.12 What version do you use? Steam What expansions do you have installed? Plantoids, Humanoids, Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations, Necroids, Nemesis, Aquatics, Overlord, Toxoids, Galactic Paragons Do you have mods enabled? No Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible. When I click Create Template on a uplifted presapient Species, I should get all of the Basic Biological Traits available. But when I do there are no available traits to pick from Steps to reproduce the issue. Step 1 Pick a race doesn't really matter Step 2 Click your planet Step 3 Open Console Command with "`" Step 4 use the command effect spawn_presapient_species_randomizer_effect = yes Step 5 use the command research_all_technologies 0 Step 6 close the console command by pressing "`" again and continue the time for 1 day Step 7 Open The Species Menu and click on the presapient species Step 8 Click Uplift Step 9 Open the Situation Log and Research the Uplift Situation Step 10 Open the Species tab again and Click Create Template Since It also doesn't specify here, I Do not Have Machine Age Also Do not mind that the Uplifted Presapient do not have a habitability. That's a side effect of the console command and I usually just add that in. If you want to you can try doing it with a normal run. I certainly have uplifted a regular presapient species without console and the result stayed the same Upload Attachment File(s) attached

I've just checked this on 3.12.4 on Steam and cannot manage to reproduce the issue. I suspect that saves made before the fix was implemented (in 3.12.3, released on 2024-05-30) may continue to have this bug affecting species that were uplifted in that save game, but species uplifted after the fix should be fine.

If you can reproduce the issue in 3.12.4, please let us know!
