Description
v.3.7.3 [462f] Devolution beam does not destroy crisis worlds

Game Version
v3.7.3

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations, Nemesis, Aquatics, None

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If the player uses a colossus ship equipped with Devolution Beam weapon on a Sterilisation hub created by the Contingency during a crisis, the world is wiped and turned into a neutral world however the world itself is not destroyed and it remains active for the purposes of the continuing crisis, appearing as one of the four worlds within the Situation log.

In addition because the world is not one of the valid classes for testing the weapon (Barren, Toxic, etc) it cannot be targeted even if owned space and nor can it be colonised by a Gestalt Consciousness empire even though it is a machine world.

Note: Running with two mods on an Ironman achievements enabled save. The enabled mods are both advisor voice packs and do not seem to adjust the checksum.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1 - Find any Sterilisation Hub owned by the Contingency crisis.
2 - Using a colossus class ship equipped with devolution beam, fire on the planet below.
3 - When the weapon fires, the planet is clear and turned to neutral control, the situation log does not advance and the planet remains intact.

Was unable to edit original, I would guess that a Devolution Beam should be considered the same as a Neutron Sweep, and not something which can be fired at a Contingency world as there are no organic life forms to turn to primitives or simple machines to revert and format?
