Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The description of catalytic processing says, that it replaces the mineral upkeep for pearl divers with food, that doesnt happen completely there is still a mineral upkeep and also the description for catalytic tectechnicians and artisans in general still mentions minerals as upkeep.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

This looks like it is working as intended. Civic says Artisans, NOT Pearl Divers. And in the code:

Artisans make 6 CG for 6 mineral upkeep.
Pearl Divers turn 2 mineral upkeep into 3 food upkeep. (And add 2 trade)
Catalytic turns Artisans from using 6 minerals upkeep into using 9 food upkeep, and adds 1.5 more GC production.
Catalytic Pearl Divers very clearly adds 2 mineral upkeep and takes away 3 food upkeep.

So whenever you are using Anglers, Pearl Divers ALWAYS needs a mix of both minerals and food, no matter if you are catalytic or not.
You do need much fewer minerals than non-catalytic.

Tooltip could always be better.

Anglers + master crafters + catalytic works (the standard empire version at least).

So maybe you need the perl crafter job and not the perl diver, or it's an issue with the megacorp civics.
 
No matter what, Master Crafters doesn't touch upkeep.

Pearl Crafters JUST have 2 more CG production and 2 more trade than normal Pearl Divers, and doesn't touch the upkeep.

All four versions of Anglers civic have the same effect on Pearl Divers.
 
Indeed, they still have a mineral upkeep.

Because the refineries have an upkeep only in food, I guess I assumed the tiny mineral upkeep came from lithoid pops.
