No, Only ACM viable UI

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After i started the game every galaxy was out of the Jumpdrive reach and i was stuck until i research hyperdrive/restart the Game what i did.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

as i stated in the thread above i only use dynamic UI because of the huge screen with Darkmode this is on a Ironman Save!! Default Game settings on Tiny Elliptical Galaxy with Ironman enabled
