Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Vassal state keeps colonizing a Holy World inside their borders. The FE then demands *I* remove my colony (which, of course, I agree to). Repeat.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Be an overlord to an empire with a Holy World inside its borders.

Nope. To be sure I integrated them (in 3.5 that would have given me any relics they had). They were just deciding to finger their nose at a FE. Repeatedly. Just to spite me.
