Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have noticed that whenever wars are declared, the wars no longer have a name. Previously, wars would be called "X War of Annexation" or "Y Extermination War." In the current version, the space for war names is left blank. I have not tested all war types, but all wars I have encountered since the update whether mine or the AI's, have this issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Declare war on another empire.
