So I got a new gaming laptop which is way better from my old one and for some odd reason I cannot get this game to load at all after launching. It just sits on the main loading screen and doesn't move at all on the progress bar.

I went through a lot of other threads trying to see the issues I could be having.

I tried borderless windowed, windowed with lower resolution, graphic cards are up to date, Reinstalling and manually deleting the files myself, Reinstalled microsoft updates to make sure that wasn't an issue, firewall wasn't an issue and I even turned it off while installing to be safe, also installed all the recommended C++ microsoft packages that was recommended.
I haven't tried downloading mods at all yet.

Honestly don't know what else to do to get this game going at all.

If you run a Steam or Epic Verify operation against the game, does it find anything to fix?

If that doesn't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log .

I believe this is everything you asked. Also yeah I have it for steam and it didn't find anything to fix. I even decided to delete everything and verify to make it reload all the files that way too but still nothing seems to be wrong when I verify. Steam also just did an update and one of fixes were apparently games not launching because of an iCloud issue so I'm checking now to see if it was a steam issue. "Edit" Wasn't a Steam issue.
