Steward not receiving their monthly gold

Description​

A son and heir I appointed steward isn't receiving the gold they should receive for their position.

For example, when I mouse-over my steward's gold I see a drop-down showing their +2 for being steward to a king, however their total gold does not increase from zero. I have not tested this with another character.

Steps to reproduce​

Appoint a steward.
