Still multiple claims

I'm playing version 1.03, and there are still many multiple claims floating about. For example, I have two claims to being Count of Vasterbotten. I thought this was fixed in 1.03, or did I misunderstand something?

AFAIK, what was fixed was the case where you got claims on your own titles, e.g. King of England having a claim on the King of England. However, you can still get multiple claims on other titles.
