Started a new game as a Megacorp with Storm Influencers and Corporate Hedonism civics and established the Chief Morale Officer council position.

Full Tiny Outliner (steam workshop id 2948301103), Light Borders + Swapped Colors (3277120669), Real Space (937289339), Real Galaxy (3385530791)

5. Reproduction Steps: If you are able to reproduce the bug, please write down steps needed to be done in order to achieve the desired result.
I assume it always happens with this civic setup. I've reloaded the save and the bug persists, but I have to basically just start a new game to test if it will happen again. I'm unable to reform out of Storm Influencers to test if it also affects base Entertainers.

Chief Morale Officer does not apply the bonus at all. Doesn't matter if it is normal entertainers or a swap.
