Strange box when raiding Night's Watch?

I found this box when raiding Night's Watch lands and later on other raid key to said box but there was nothing in it. So my question would be if there is way to have something special from that box and how to do it?

I think you are refering to a vanilla ToG event. The outcome of the box (also the trigger) is random. But future rulers can also get it, so you can still get special things in future tries (like gold).
