Strange Bug - Can't Have Negative Money

In my recent games using 1.03b patch and playing as the Duchy of Apulia, I have had this problem (well not a problem I suppose :rofl crop up.

The bug has occured several times in different games but always occurs when I am at war, with a monthly income of -20 or so. My money quickly goes down to zero, but then it just stops, I don't lose any more money until peace is made and my money begins climbing again. At one point I even transported troops from Apulia to Sicily, which cost somewhere around 20 to do, my money went negative for a day, and then went back to zero.

Unfortunately, I can't recreate this at will because as far as I can tell it happens only randomly and stops after I make peace.

That sounds like game is treating you as AI for some reason. (AI don't go on negative)

Only cause I could think of is that you have changed Primary Title (like from duke of Apulia to king of Naples) and not saved / reloaded after that.

Ahhh that could very well be what it is, now that I think about it I'm pretty sure that I had already become King of Naples before this happened. Do I always have to reload after changing my primary title, or does it only happen sometimes?

Thanks for clearing this up for me, had me stumped.

You have to save and reload always after you change primary title. It causes several oddities if you don't and is not advisable thing to do imo.
