The following is the "crusade weights", or chance that Islam, in particular, will call a Jihad.

Islam (Plus)

Jerusalem: 75
Syria: 50
Trebizond: 100
Nikaea: 250
Egypt: 250
Africa: 20 (???!)
Andalusia: 5

Compare this to vanilla:

Islam (Vanilla)

Jerusalem: 250
Syria: 200
Nikaea: 100
Armenia: 100
Egypt: 400
Africa: 200
Andalusia: 50

The vanilla seems to make more sense. Islam will put Jerusalem and Egypt as top priorities. If that is under Muslim rule, it will then Jihad Syria or Africa, if either one is under non-Muslim rule. Beyond that, Nikaea and Armenia are the next targets, before settling on Andalusia if all the above are already under Muslim rule.

The Plus weights are confusing. Jerusalem can be under Christian rule, but the Muslim AI will still go for Nikaea. What?? This makes even less sense if Africa is under Christian rule, cos the Jihad will still go to Nikaea. Ditto Syria. Jihad for Andalusia at 5 is even stranger. Nikaea having the same weight as Egypt pretty much sums it up.

Can I ask what is the rationale behind this?

I guess the CK2+ devs forgot that Muslims can't drink alcohol.
Because otherwise they'd know that they're not obsessed about getting Rum.
