ok..
i was playing as Sweden in the Great Nordic War-campaign and I struck back against the Russians with great fury..
In a battle in Ingermanland, my King Karl XII
died in combat, which i found strange at the time but later it struck me that he cold have gotten himself killed in combat.
But, when i checked the thingy up there between the Nationalbudget and the Military 'stats'...and it said that he was still alive..I dont get it....

Oh and I have another Q:
I was in a military alliance with Holstein but they were of no use to me...so since i wanted to start an alliance with, en suedois Osmanska Riket, i tried to make them leave the alliance by themselves, since i cant kick 'em out of it...
So I was wondering... can i get them out some other way, since i cannot declare war on 'em...

The creepy bug with the ghost-monarch. I think it works the other way around aswell - when the monarch dies he can still command armies.

Breaking alliances - you could allways change your religion or make them hate you and then declare war on some other state. If they don't join the war they'll be kicked out of the alliance(I think).

The thingy was also that hey completely hated me(-200) but the did not leave the alliance .. kinda silly , since you hardly would be in a relationship with one of your worst 'friends' !
When i declared war against Denmark they honoured our alliance but they also didnt enter danish territory, neither did the danes violate theirs!!
So the f***s was still in the alliance and, as always nothing went my way...

If they are gonna fix that bug they(Paradox)
will have to make it so that you get a 'en suedois förmyndarrregering' until the next monarch attends the throne according to history...
or simply make it so that the monarch cannot die in battle..which would be quite sick when you've got somebody like carolus rex(karl XII) that was a big participant in the battles
