Have you tried to have 100 subs as Germany? The logistical challenge of that ruins the german offensive on the eastern front, as all my time is spend on strategic warfare.
Same thing happens as US player, having 20 strategic bombers in England, all you can do is control those damn bombers.
Instead, create Strategic warfare boxes, give them add bombers, subs, rockets or whatever, then add targets and then add escort fighters.. Much easier than how its done now.
