Strategic Redeployment for Garrisons broken/NO Partisans in Poland

Play as Germany and have just conquered Poland.

1: Issue: The "SU occupies East Poland Event" fired after 3 weeks even before I got all key Provinces. This bug is still from HoI II.

2. Issue: While withdrawing forces from occupied Poland I wanted to Redeploy some Garrisons from Germany to Poland but when clicking on Garrison Unit and then right klicking on the Province where you want it to Redeploy the mission window does not give any option at all. Its just empty and even when klicking "ok" Garrison remains where it is. So Garrisons can NOT be Redeplyed.
Redeployment of regular troops works as ever.

Deactivated strategic redeployment next to enemy provinces. No bug but a bit annoying when affecting Garrisons as well as they cant just walk away like all other troops...

I found out that strategic redeployment has been deactivated for AoD when next to an enemy province...this could make sense for inf/mot/mech/tank divisions cause this has been used as an exploit to get troops away before getting encircled...though I dont agree with deactivating redeployment for Gar as they cant move anyway by their own...


So you can bring troops "to" a province next to enemy province but not "away"....

If they put it back you'll be able to repeat the exploit with Garrisons...Just don't put garrisons on the Siegfried line if you want to use the later in Poland.

That was a bug? The russians attacked the Polish army after the German DOW and I thought the event should simulate the Russian advance.
