Sadly I don't have time to cowrite it, but if you want I'll have a look at it and perhaps come with a few suggestions when you have put something toghether =).

I'll shure help you put it online though, if you would need any help with the HTML.
 
Thanks for the offer, I will send you the first part of it once a little bit is done.
I am not sure where to put it online though - I have my own website but as of now its empty(and it was for half a year).

I just read through your faq again btw and saw these nice tables in there - would you mind if I put part of it inside? Hmm - or how about incorporating my strat-thing in your faq? Then I would be sure somebody would read it as well :)
 
Actually my e-mail adress is right on the front page at my site + numerous other places.
Sadly IE has a severe tendency not to understand correctly written HTML and thus the mail me buttons are relly everywhere but where they are supposed to (which might explain why you have problems finding it =).

Oh, for the strategy guide. I will probably make an entire new section for it, once the ball get rolling and people start sending them in *nudge* *nudge*

Actually, Sauron is the name of my company. I have just become custom to using it at all times, instead of keeping several different accouts active.
I guess I could change it to something@plajeruniversalis.blabla instead =)
 
Well Huszics FAQ gives a lot of the mathematics behind the fighting and other things but a strategy guide is something completely different.

I wouldn't mind helping myself on a few areas if I get some time but it would probably mean a lot of play experimentation to check out some ideas. What sort of structure/flavour do you want it to have?
 
Well I am trying to keep numbers out as much as possible. I was thinking more of making some guidelines.
As of now I have thought of making the following chapters:

Diplomacy
Land Military
Naval Military
Economy
Country-specific strategies
Techtree/budget(? maybe already to be included in economy ?)

But I am more than happy for any criticism or suggestions :)
If you want to help write me an email(above adress, in post 1) and I reply attaching what I have as of now. Then we can see - if you played for instance Spain the most you could make some naval stuff and spain specific plus adding what I am missing in the other areas.

The two major factors were:

After having like 12 names rejected by the patent and registration office here in Sweden and finally tracking some guy down over the phone there to just plurp out some names until we got one that would be accepted

the main company I/we where going to do bussiness with having the name Gandalf ... :D.

I'm shure the postal office guys had a few laughs too, with Gandalf and Sauron sending each other packages on a regular basis =).

I would add another one called "Forceconversion of province religion"

=)

I have a few tips on that one myself, but I won't have time to write it for a few more days.
 
RELIGION! Of course how could I forget that?? And forceconversion naturally...even though I never had to do that myself.
Maybe putting all the inner and outer politics in a chapter then subdivide it further?
Well I think a few days wont cut it so I'd be glad once you've written it up to put it in.

Sauron doing buiseness with Gandalf? LOL thats cool :)
the thing with the name, well its the same (even worse) with email addies isnt it? I did not choose mine because I love to type so many letters...
