Strife and theocratic errors

Description​

For some reason my character the king of Bohemia is gaining massive "strife" maluses (like -80 at this point) towards fellow HRE vassals (despite not being regent and never having been regent, and I do not believe his father was the regent of the HRE either). In addition, my vassal the prince-bishop of Havelberg is supposed to be a theocratic vassal. However, the temple in his county of Szekesfehervar is not counting towards his domain limit despite being a non-primary holding, but rather being "leased out to the realm priest", who apparently is the prince-bishop himself.

Steps to reproduce​

No steps needed to reproduce, these errors can be viewed simply by navigating over to the relevant characters (I believe the prince-bishop's name is Sancho, and the opinion malus applies to every other vassal in the HRE, so should be easy to spot).
