Hello, I am playing as Carthage and for the aegis of Africa mission I can not complete the rebellion of the berbers because I have already integrated mysselia and would rather not just snort the mission. I have completed the rest of the mission but without being able to complete that I can not finigh the mission if anyone knows if any fixes help would be appreciated.

If you open your nation overview (click on the flag) and then open the Administration -> Provinces tab, you can turn any owned province into a vassal/client state. That should do the trick. However, make sure that the mission really is worth it. If you already own the province, the AE you might get from that mission might outweigh the benefits.
