deleted EUII and was going to reinstall for version 1.08 but when I went to reinstall it said it was already installed and when I went to unstall it said it wasn't there.

It is an installtion error and as you can see my problem is not listed

I followed the steps in the post and I defragmented my C:/ but this failed. I simply deleted my EU2 folder I guess theres still files somewhere screwing with the installtion. I have know idea where else to look.

Just did that and it still says its already installed

Ok found the problem I installed it under Strategy First delted that fiule under the register.

Yes I am updating those instructions to reflect that, I just had not gotten around to the EU2 ones yet.
