Stuck on Cynric's Envoy message...Bug?

I believe around turn 14 I get a message about Cynric sending me envoys, the scroll comes up and there's the wax seal at the bottom which you'd normally click when you are done with the message but nothing happens. The message stays up no matter what I do and doesn't go away so I can't do anything else on the map.

Any hints? I haven't found any post describing this problem either, so Im a bit at a loss. (Im using the steam version of the game).

Since it was only up to turn 14 which has been tutorial for a great part I've started again, twice and every time it still gets stuck on the same message. Despite me taking slightly different decisions, moving armies differently every time.

Heh, for me, the message never disappeared. My time limit is now at -19 rounds or so .

Could you send us a save (3 files is one save: .inf, .jpg, .sav) before that message coems up?
