Stuck on "Preparing for Liege's tour" even tho his tour is long over

Description​

Current character can't do any activities, because the character is stuck claiming "Preparing for Liege's tour" even tho the liege's tour is already over.

Steps to reproduce​

Unclear what specifically caused it. But this is something that did happen:

Player character is a duke under the king of France. The Pope announced a Great Holy War (with the +20 months preparation timer starting). Like 10 months later, King of France started a Grand Tour with a stop at my character's capital. During the liege's tour, the Christian Great Holy War kickeds off.

Even after the end of the King's tour, my character can't do any activities because it claims that he's "Preparing for the Liege's Tour"
