Video is black screen in some players, dont know why,, but windows media player worked for me.

I have a video but I cant post the bug report with it attached? It loads forever and nothing happens.

The devs have taken a look at your save-file.
The provided save-file has buildings that are not from any official sources (mods) so these may be causing the stuttering.

If you disable mods and then start a new save the stuttering should be gone.
You can disable the mods by adding "--disableModding" as a launch option (https://pdxint.at/LaunchOptionsCS). This removes access to PDX Mods entirely, and if the game and a new save works with this enabled then the issue lies in the mods you have installed, and if you're unable to disable your mods in-game you can always do so on the web version.
