Video is black screen in some players, dont know why,, but windows media player worked for me.

The devs have taken a look at your save-file.
The provided save-file has buildings that are not from any official sources (mods) so these may be causing the stuttering.

If you disable mods and then start a new save the stuttering should be gone.
You can disable the mods by adding "--disableModding" as a launch option (https://pdxint.at/LaunchOptionsCS). This removes access to PDX Mods entirely, and if the game and a new save works with this enabled then the issue lies in the mods you have installed, and if you're unable to disable your mods in-game you can always do so on the web version.

If you have Discord try updating that. It has been known to cause this problem.

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that the issue is now gone. I fixed it by upgrading to a newer NVME with faster speeds. My old was just around 1500mbs and the new one is 7000mbs.

Now please make it better optimized, i have 100.000 cims and fps drops are biiiig...
