Is there a mod where more than one characters martial skill effects a battle?

For some reason it bothers me that if a commander has a martial skill of 20 along with knights in that army with high martial skills, that army isn't rewarded.

Prowess does which is great but you cannot really give prowess education to wards.

The army is rewarded by the prowess of the knights. Mil education will help high prowess gain via either education events or skill tree
